Kaila has over a decade of experience providing therapeutic massage in a range of environments, including private practice, clinics, onsite settings and retreats. The techniques she primarily implements are Swedish Deep Tissue and Qigong Massage. Each style can be applied independently or in combination.

She received her primary massage education from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon and is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the states of Washington and Oregon. Kaila offers onsite massage in the comfort of your home, at your business location, or for your private retreat.

Swedish Deep Tissue Massage

A relaxing, full-body massage technique employing deep focused pressure in combination with long flowing motions, kneading, circular patterns, and rhythmic movements.

Qigong Massage

A massage technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that uses intentional touch, movement, and guided awareness to harmonize the body’s flow of Qi (energy). It focuses not only on muscles, but works on the meridian system, internal organs, and nervous system to restore balance and support natural healing. Techniques may include gentle pressing, rhythmic tapping, stretching, and joint mobilization. Kaila may also incorporate the vocal healing sounds of Qigong and mantras as a part of the treatment.

Session Rates

Individual In-Home or Onsite

Massage table or massage chair

  • 60 minutes: $175

  • 90 minutes: $225

Business onsite or Event

Massage table or massage chair

  • 3 hour minimum: $575

  • Each additional hour: $175

Retreats

Please inquire, as rates vary based on your specific retreat needs. Services may be combined and customized.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made with 48 hours notice or more will not incur a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours notice will incur a $50 missed appointment fee. Same day cancellations or missed appointments are subject to the full session fee. Cancellation policies for retreats are handled on an individual basis and will be outlined in your retreat agreement. By scheduling an appointment, each client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy. Thank you, for your consideration.
